Master Fort Lauderdale Deck & Fence provides residential deck construction, fence installation, pergola installation, patio covers, screened enclosures, and related outdoor structure services in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and surrounding Broward County communities.
All services are subject to the terms of a written project agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Information provided on our website is for general reference only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or timeline.
All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on information available at the time of the on-site visit. A written estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless otherwise stated in the estimate document.
Estimates may be subject to change if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change after the estimate is issued. Any changes to the project scope that affect cost will be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the additional work begins.
Verbal quotes are not binding. Only written estimates and signed contracts constitute a formal pricing commitment.
Project start dates are confirmed in writing at the time of contract signing. Start dates are subject to permit approval timelines, weather conditions, and material availability.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or permits have been submitted may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your project agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, unsafe site conditions, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you promptly of any schedule changes.
Payment terms are specified in the signed project agreement. In general, a deposit is due at contract signing, and the remaining balance is due upon project completion. Specific percentages and milestones are outlined in your individual contract.
We accept payment by check, electronic transfer, or other methods specified in the project agreement. All invoices are due by the date stated on the invoice. Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment fee as specified in your contract.
Work may be paused on projects with overdue balances until payment is received.
Where required by the City of Fort Lauderdale or Broward County, we obtain building permits as part of our standard project process. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and are included in the project estimate.
We build all projects to comply with applicable local building codes and Florida state construction standards. If a project is subject to HOA approval, the customer is responsible for obtaining that approval before construction begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We warrant our workmanship against defects in installation for a period specified in your project agreement. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are passed through to you as the property owner.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, modifications made by others, acts of nature including hurricane damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions provided at project completion.
To make a warranty claim, contact us in writing at info@fortlauderdaledeckandfence.com with a description of the issue and photographs.
